Tsalapatis Winery is located just outside Polemi village in the Paphos region at an altitude of 450 meters, one of Cyprus’s most important vine-growing areas. Founded and run by owner Andreas Tsalapatis (also known as Andreas Chrysostomou), the winery has been producing wine for over 20 years and currently produces approximately 100,000 bottles annually. The winery’s vineyards are situated on hilly terrain across multiple villages including Polemi, Arodes, and Stroumpi, each contributing unique microclimates and soil characteristics that influence the final wines.
