A historic Cypriot winery dating back to 1725, The Chrysoroyiattisa Winery combines centuries of monastic winemaking tradition with modern techniques. Located in Panayia village, Paphos, this unique producer specializes in indigenous grape varieties including Xynistery and Maratheftiko, crafting authentic wines within the spiritual setting of the Chrysoroyiatissas monastery grounds.

The team: Costas, Eleni, Demetris, Stelios and Theodoros are the people behind the wine and the vineyards. Makarounas Boutique Winery winemaking team offers a new version of the favorite wine. They keep the wine lots separately throughout fermentation and aging. The final blends are performed right before bottling, once the wines have evolved to reveal all their true character and complexities. The resulting wines are dark and spicy, yet fruit-forward.

Vasilikon Winery is located just outside Kathikas village in Paphos region at an altitude of 650m. It was established in 1993 by three brothers Eracles, Giorgos and Yiannis Kyriakides. The winery owns 16 hectares of vineyards and produces 350,000 bottles annually.
