Karseras Family Winery is situated in the picturesque village of Doros within the Commandaria wine region, just 25km from Limassol on the foothills of the Troodos mountains. Established in 1998 by Panayiotis Karseras and his wife Lenia, the winery specializes exclusively in Commandaria, “the world’s oldest named wine still in production.” As one of the first independent family producers to revive this legendary wine, Karseras has become a pioneer in the modern Commandaria movement. The winery is now run by their son Panayiotis and grandson Filippos Karseras, who continue the family’s commitment to producing authentic, high-quality Commandaria using traditional methods. The winery produces approximately 40 tons of Commandaria annually, with a preference for the darker, sweeter version made strictly from the indigenous Mavro grapes. After harvest, the grapes are left in the sun to dry for 7-10 days to concentrate their natural sugars, then fermented into a sweet wine and aged in oak barrels for a minimum of two years in accordance with strict EU Protected Designation of Origin regulations. Nicolaides winery is located in the Anoyira village in Limassol region at an altitude of 450 meters. It opened in 1986 and is run by Nicolas Nicolaides today, a third-generation wine maker. The winery owns four hectares of vineyards and has an annual production of 130 000 bottles.

Erimoudes Winery is located in the Koilani village in Limassol region. The winery opened in 1995 by Mr Costas Erimoudes. The winery owns about three hectares vineyards of Cabernet Sauvignon and produces 21 000 bottles annually.

Vardalis (Kilani) Winery was established in 1998 in the picturesque village of Kilani, located approximately 40 kilometers northwest of Limassol in the Troodos Mountains foothills. Kolios Winery, previously Amforeas Winery, is located in Statos-Ayios Fotios village in Paphos region. Mr Marios Kolios is the owner of the winery and ten hectares of vineyards. The winery produces nearly 400 000 bottles annually which makes the winery one of the largest on the island.

Lagria winery is located in Salamiou village in Paphos region at a height of 700m. The owner of the small winery is the president of the Salamiou community, Mr Kostakis Avgousti. The winery has four wines and among their grape wines are Xynisteri, Cabernet Sauvignon and Mavro. The winery has moved to a new building with modern wine making equipment and has an annual capacity of 100 000 bottles.
